Help with membership fees
Work out with
Stadspas
We don’t want money to keep anyone on the sidelines. That’s why we’re preparing a Stadspas program for our youth classes. You can’t use the sports allowance with us just yet.
Where do things stand?
Our Stadspas registration is complete. We’re still working out the terms and practical details before kids can get started with us through the program. Ask Kevin and Remy for the latest update if you’d like to use it.
Who is it for?
The Amsterdam Stadspas is also available to Weesp residents with a low income and limited assets. The municipal youth sports allowance is for children ages 2 to 18 with a Stadspas. Our kids classes are for children ages 6 to under 16.
At participating clubs, the municipality covers up to €350 per year in membership fees. Our planned program includes one youth class per week within the approved allowance. It runs each Stadspas season from August 1 through July 31. If you join later, we’ll first check the available amount with the municipality.
What can you do now?
Let us know you’d like to use the Stadspas program. Your child can already try three classes for free. Don’t sign up for a paid membership yet expecting Stadspas to reimburse it automatically later.
When the program starts, we’ll check the pass, the program, and the allowance together. We’ll only claim the sports allowance after you’ve made your choice and given us permission. The municipality also has a program for people aged 55 and over. We don’t have an offer for that yet.

FAQ
My child wants to train. How does it work?
Request a trial class and include your child’s name and age. Every child gets three free trial classes, and we’ll have gloves and shin guards ready. We’ll figure out together which class suits your child; feel free to check the schedule or message us. If your child wants to continue, we’ll help with the account: you create a Gymly account as the parent and add your child as a family member, so payment and account management stay with you.
