Personal Training
One trainer, one hour, all yours. No group to adjust to, no pace that isn’t yours.
Who it’s for
You don’t need to be a member, and you don’t need any kickboxing experience. Most people choose personal training for one of these reasons:
- You want to master the technique without twenty people watching.
- You already train with the group and want to focus on one specific thing: your left hand, your conditioning, your footwork.
- A group class doesn’t fit your schedule, or your body.
- You’d rather train with someone by your side than in a crowd. That’s exactly how our boxing with Parkinson’s works too.
How it works
All our trainers offer personal training. We’ll choose your trainer together, based on what you want to achieve and who’s available at times that work for you. So you’re not tied to one person, and after a few sessions, you can absolutely tell us you’re looking for something different.
A session lasts one hour and takes place at a time we schedule together. We have gloves and shin guards you can borrow, so just come as you are.
What it costs
A single session costs €75. Want to make it a series? Get a 10-session pass for €675, valid for twelve months, which gives you a ten percent discount. You can buy either one directly on our pricing page; then we’ll schedule it together.
Personal training is separate from a membership. If you’re already a member, simply add it on. If you’re not, there’s no membership to sign up for.
