Clinics & Groups
A clinic is basically personal training for your own group. You get the trainer all to yourselves, at a time we agree on together. Bring your class, after-school group, coworkers, or friends. We’ll create a workout that fits your group.
What do we do during a clinic?
For a first introduction, we might start with a warm-up, followed by the trainer showing you how to stand strong, keep your guard up, and throw your first punches and kicks. Then it’s your turn: combinations on the heavy bag, partner drills using each other’s gloves, and a conditioning exercise in between. The trainer walks around, gives tips, and helps you improve. You’ll get a solid workout, but there’s also time to take it slow, ask questions, and have a laugh together.
That’s just an example, not a fixed program. Do you mainly want to try kickboxing, work together, or train hard? We tailor the exercises and pace to your group. Even if one person already has experience and another is putting on gloves for the very first time.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to train with their own group. You don’t need to be a member. Your clinic gets its own time and program, separate from our regular class schedule.
Schools
Get moving together and try something new. We’ll discuss what works for the ages, the group, and what you want to get out of the clinic.
After-school programs
An active afternoon packed with punches, kicks, and partner drills. Tell us how many kids are coming and roughly how old they are, and we’ll help shape the program.
Companies
Shake off the workday with your coworkers. Whether it’s a team outing or a series of sessions, we’ll plan a workout everyone can join.
You can also just bring a group of friends. Tell us who’s joining and what sounds fun to you.
Does everyone need kickboxing experience?
Nope. You can book a clinic even if the whole group is brand new. Tell us the ages and experience levels of everyone joining. Anything the trainer should keep in mind? We’ll discuss it beforehand.
Once or more often?
Both are possible. A one-off clinic is a great introduction. With a series, we can keep building on what you’ve already practiced. We’ll agree on the dates, duration, and trainer beforehand.
Where do we train, and with how many people?
Our club is at Achtergracht 66A in Weesp. Let us know roughly how many people will join and when you’d like to come. Then we’ll discuss what works for the space, coaching, and schedule. Have another location in mind? Include it in your request, and we’ll see together whether that can work.
What should we bring?
Workout clothes, water, and a towel are a good start. We’ll agree beforehand on what equipment is needed and what we can have ready for you. That’s why we’d like to know the group size and ages before we lock in the clinic.
What does a clinic cost?
Price on request. The quote depends on the group size, ages, duration, location, and coaching needed, as well as whether you want a one-off clinic or a series. Tell us what you have in mind, and you’ll get a quote before committing to anything.
Let’s plan your clinic
Email or message us with whatever you already know:
- Which school, after-school program, organization, or group is it for?
- How many people do you expect, and roughly how old are they?
- What date or period works for you?
- Are you thinking of one clinic or a series?
- Where would you like to train, and do you have any other requests?
Still figuring things out? No problem. We can start brainstorming with just an initial idea.
You can also email us at hoi@devecht.club
We’ll discuss your request, put together a quote, and then confirm the details. Your first message does not reserve a date or spots yet.
Rather train one-on-one, or as a pair? That’s Personal Training, and for now, two people train for the price of one. A clinic is for groups of three or more. Only want to rent the space? Read about gym rental.
