Kickboks Zaktraining

We throw punches, knees, and kicks at the heavy bag.

What do we do?

We combine punches, knees, and kicks on the bag. The trainer builds up the exercises, from the first move to a combination that flows. Between rounds, you work on strength and conditioning using your own body weight.

You work in pairs: one person holds the bag, the other trains, then you switch. You don't need to bring a buddy. You'll make one in class. The trainer gets you started and adapts the exercises to your level.

Is this beginner-friendly?

Yes. Beginners and experienced athletes train in the same class, each at their own intensity. You don't need to get fit before joining in. Bring workout clothes, water, and a towel. We train barefoot. You can borrow gloves and shin guards.

Want to know what to expect your first time? We've broken down the trial class step by step.

Do I have to spar?

No, we don't spar during bag work classes. The bag is the only one taking a beating. If you also want to practice attacking and defending with a partner, try Kickboks Techniek.

Am I locked into this class?

No. As a member, you choose and book any classes included in your membership, including on other days. So you can also try Boks Zaktraining or Muay Thai Zaktraining. More about booking and mixing it up.
