Who processes your data

What data we process and why

• Contact and trial class forms: name, email address and optional phone number, so we can respond to your request and keep you updated.
• Membership: name, contact and payment details, for membership administration and collecting membership fees.
• Website analytics: anonymized visitor statistics to improve the site.

Who we share data with (processors)

We only share data with service providers that help us run the club: Gymly (membership administration and class bookings), Mollie (payments), Resend (emails sent through the form) and Vercel (hosting and anonymized analytics). We never sell your data.

Photos and videos

We take short photos and video clips during classes for our social media, website and app. We only use identifiable images with your voluntary consent (for children under 16, consent from a parent or guardian). You can withdraw that consent at any time, and upon request we will remove the material from our channels right away. Please note that images we post on Instagram are also processed by Meta.

How long we keep your data

We keep prospective member data for up to 12 months after your last contact if you do not become a member. We keep member data for the duration of your membership and for the legally required periods afterward (such as tax record retention requirements).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and you can object to its processing. Email hoi@devecht.club and we will take care of it. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
