Put the membership in your child's name

A family account lets you manage everything in one place. You manage and pay, while your child trains under their own profile. Set this up before buying a kids membership:

1. First, create your own account. Don't have an account yet? Create a free parent account using your own email address. Open this link on your phone: Gymly doesn't show the registration form on a wide computer screen. As a parent, you don't need your own paid membership. Log in to the De Vechtclub app. Already have an account? Use that one, don't create a second account. Only move on to step 2 once you can open your own profile in the club app.

   See a membership selection screen, ‘No access to this gym’, ‘Email is already in use’, or a profile that won't load instead? Don't buy a membership in your own name. Message us with the email address for your parent account, and we'll help you access the club. Did we send you an invitation? Accept it and log in again. Continue once you can open your profile.

2. Add your child. In the De Vechtclub app, open your profile (bottom right), select Your profile, then Set up family account and Add family member. A name and date of birth are enough, your child doesn't need their own email address. Does your child's profile already exist? Continue with step 3.

3. Switch to your child. Select your child's profile and check that you see your child's name. Do this even if you've already set up a family account before.

4. Buy from that profile. Select the Sidekicks membership with your preferred term. Before completing your purchase, double-check that the membership is for your child. That way, it will be added to the correct profile.

After that, view and book classes from your child's profile. For another child, repeat these steps using that child's own profile.
